About the role The Senior Quality Manager will play a pivotal role in strengthening Fortify Health’s quality systems for wheat flour fortification across India’s open market. This is a high-ownership role that sits at the intersection of quality assurance, systems design, and people leadership and is central to Fortify Health’s ability to scale impact to more mills and more beneficiaries. The Senior Manager will oversee quality compliance, vendor management, data systems, and process improvement, while working with Quality Systems Managers to foster a culture of learning, shared accountability, and continuous improvements. They will work closely with field teams and cross-functional stakeholders to move quality systems from reactive problem-solving to proactive, data-driven execution — a shift that is core to how Fortify Health operates at scale. The Senior Quality Manager will report to Fortify Health’s Associate Director of Quality. Please note that this role is remote and based in India, with a preference for New Delhi.
