The Position: We're looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to help ensure the reliability, performance, and quality of our products as we continue to scale globally. As a QA Engineer, you'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to validate new features, identify defects before they reach customers, and help drive a culture of quality throughout the software development lifecycle. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our platform delivers an exceptional experience for customers around the world. This role is hybrid, with three days per week based in our Taipei office. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for new and existing features Perform manual, exploratory, functional, regression, and end-to-end testing across web applications and APIs Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects through resolution Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to understand requirements and ensure quality standards are met Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing before releases Partner with engineers to improve test coverage and quality throughout the development lifecycle Assist in building, maintaining, and enhancing automated test suites Analyze application performance, usability, and reliability issues Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release processes Advocate for quality assurance best practices and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or a related field Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and testing best practices Experience testing web applications and APIs Experience creating and executing detailed test plans and test cases Familiarity with defect tracking and project management tools such as Jira Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Experience working in Agile development environments Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Benefits Include (subject to company policy changes permitted by law): Competitive salary Early-stage stock options 20 days of PTO Applicable labor insurance and pension fund Company paid medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Regular company lunches and happy hours Gym membership reimbursement Cell phone reimbursement To apply to our open positions, please email your resume, cover letter, and the name of the position you are applying for to  [email protected] .
