Team Overview The Commercial department is central to ensuring the financial viability and contractual success of our projects. Responsible for cost management, procurement, valuations, contract administration and project planning, the team works closely with project managers, quantity surveyors, and clients to monitor budgets, mitigate risk, and maximise value throughout the project lifecycle. Their expertise ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with contractual obligations, safeguarding both client satisfaction and company profitability. Role Overview Due to continued growth, we are looking to integrate a Senior Project Planner responsible for leading the development, management, and assurance of integrated project programmes for our data center business unit. This role ensures the delivery of accurate, contract compliant, and performance driven schedules, providing clear visibility of progress, risks, and outcomes to support successful project delivery. Acting as the focal point for planning, the Senior Project Planner will work closely with commercial, operational, and client teams, driving best practice in project planning, reporting, and programme control across multiple projects.
