Where You will Work:   Remote role open to candidates residing in Washington (WA) or Oregon (OR). ( Branches ) Pay Range:  The target annual pay range for this position is $104,632 - $118,900. Compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer of employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role. Job Overview: This position is responsible for overseeing large, complex projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and long-term goals. Provides mentorship to other project managers, drives business process optimization, and leads cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results. With a focus on risk mitigation, continuous improvement, and measurable outcomes, influences policies and practices while ensuring successful program delivery. What you’ll do: Manages large, complex projects and programs simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and long-term (3-5 year) roadmaps. Follows the established project management methodologies, policies and procedures.  Acts as a mentor and provide guidance and direction to other project managers.  Supports the PMO through upholding the team values and ensuring all tools, templates, and systems are kept current and working efficiently.   Leverages expertise to identify issues in troubled projects or programs and implements solutions to deliver successful outcomes.   Ensures programs and projects meet objectives while supporting the overall organizational roadmap and driving business process optimization.   Defines, tracks, and reports on measurable outcomes for projects to ensure alignment with strategic goals.   Identifies and mitigates risks across projects; escalates critical issues to stakeholders while proposing actionable solutions.   Leads cross-functional teams with a continuous improvement mindset to deliver impactful results across departments.   Analyzes, summarizes, and presents project status, issues, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and senior leadership; works cross-functionally to gain alignment and drive action.   Drives continuous improvement by evaluating current processes and recommending enhancements that increase efficiency and effectiveness.   Works with Program Managers to direct program activities ensuring all projects remain on track and support overall program goals.  Completes and reviews reports related to the Project Management Office as directed by leadership.   Influences internal and external contacts regarding policies, procedures, or practices to align with organizational objectives.  All other duties as assigned.   When You'll Be Working: Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
