We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team of change-makers on an initial short-term contract of 12 months, with the possibility to extend. In this role, you will lead projects of varying scale, budget, and discipline. Using your expertise, you will scope and plan with internal stakeholders and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing multiple teams, project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. We will look to you to help identify future opportunities, improve processes and drive the direction of the client’s needs.
THE ACCO UNTS At Grey, we have an exciting client portfolio, working with brands across the health & wellness sector , tourism, FMCG , telecomms , energy , sports & active wear, alongside probono projects for charity groups . This variety will keep you challenged and engaged, allowing you to broaden your experience and have an impact on culture. Within this role, the majority of your remit will be focused on a restricted category brand. Your key challenge will be juggling multiple workstreams for a complex, global, and highly regulated business while ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you’ll be involved in managing a range of projects , with a primary focus on operations and commercials, varying in sizes and complexity. You’ll work closely with clients to drive best ways of working for team s, collaborating across the agency and with teams in WPP to keep everyone on track and working towards the same shared goal .
You’ll have the opportunity to deliver multiple projects under various programmes, taking them through f rom client brief to final output, The projects and workstreams you’ll sit across will involve delivering on campaign toolkits covering TVC, social, digital, shopper, 360 brand experience/strategy development programmes, website content, app design and content creation.
