Powering many award-winning, loved-by-millions franchise games over mobile, web, and PC.    What You’ll Do  As a Senior Producer, you will be collaborating with multiple development teams to build new features and platform integrations for our portfolio of games.    Your main responsibility is to ensure those teams operate in a framework that enables them to visibly, consistently and predictably deliver top of the market features, servicing millions of players. You will be operating close to our Games as part of our Solutions team and support Engineering in building custom solutions using our technology to fit our games’ needs.   You must have the ability to lead through influence and successfully engage with teams, team leads & executive partners throughout our organization to deliver against Playgami’s objectives. Lead, inform, motivate and align project teams to deliver on individual & shared goals Partner closely with Product & Engineering to define a roadmap and prioritization criteria Own project planning and execution, building and maintaining timelines, managing dependencies, and driving predictable delivery across multiple teams and initiatives Build strong partnerships with game studios and production teams, understanding their business goals, release processes, and operational needs Coordinate across game teams, stakeholders, and partner organizations to align expectations, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure successful delivery Provide visibility on project tracking and team health, taking into account high level strategies and reporting on day-to-day progress regularly Establish and continuously improve production processes, agile practices, and team operating models that enable high-quality delivery, predictability, and a positive team culture   What We’re Looking For  Must have 5+ years of experience as a project manager or producer Demonstrated success managing multiple major and concurrent projects A master of communication at all levels within a team or organization You are a strong influencer, able to work with diverse groups and push for alignment towards common goals Be adaptable to foster ways of working that support different team profiles Not scared to get in amongst the weeds on a project, but able to retain the detachment needed to make the right calls Excellent and effective written and verbal English communication skills     About Scopely Scopely is a leading video game and global interactive entertainment company, home to many of the world’s most beloved and enduring experiences, including two of the most successful mobile games of all-time “MONOPOLY GO!” and “Pokémon GO,” along with “Stumble Guys,” “Star Trek™ Fleet Command,” “MARVEL Strike Force,” “WWE Champions,” the Scrabble® franchise, “Yahtzee® With Buddies,” and many others.
