Position Overview The Senior Project Manager is a key member of Amtech’s Professional Services team, responsible for leading customer implementations and strategic internal initiatives. This role requires exceptional planning, communication, and leadership skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities effectively, and collaborates successfully with customers and cross-functional teams across multiple geographies. Key Responsibilities Lead the successful delivery of multiple customer implementation projects. Create, manage, and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones. Execute project activities in accordance with Amtech’s implementation methodology. Facilitate project meetings and drive stakeholder alignment. Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and communication. Provide regular project status reporting to customers and internal stakeholders. Forecast project hours, resource requirements, and project schedules. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within the scope of the Statement of Work (SOW). Drive continuous improvement across implementation methodologies and business processes. Develop and deliver presentations, project updates, and customer-facing proposals. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer service delivery. Support organizational initiatives, including sales cycle support, operational improvements, and practice development.
