Monitor capacity, distribute workload and report to Senior Production Manager on status to offer available time or request additional support as needed. Manage bank holiday coverage as required. Monitor flow of work and analyze data to ensure no backlogs or issues. Liaise with the client or Senior Production Manager as applicable on live work.
