At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
At Hasbro, our mission is to entertain and connect generations of fans through storytelling and play. We're looking for people who want to explore, experiment, and innovate. For 100 years, our culture has brought together a diverse team of skilled, creative, and committed people, and we believe the best is yet to come!
About the Role
Hasbro's Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) platform connects fans to our brands through Hasbro Pulse, Dungeons & Dragons Beyond, and future storefronts.
As Senior Program Manager, DTC Platform Performance, you'll define how platform performance is measured, understood, and reviewed across storefronts and customer experiences. This role operates at the platform level. It's the central point of accountability for performance insights, giving Product, Engineering, Analytics, and business teams a consistent, data-driven view of platform and customer performance to guide decisions.
You'll define a clear view of platform health and run the operating cadence, including Weekly Business Reviews, then turn performance and customer insights into actionable recommendations for product, experience, and operational improvements. This keeps teams aligned on what matters most, how performance is trending, and where to focus. This role isn't aligned to any single brand or business unit, it operates across the whole DTC ecosystem.
What You'll Do
Manage platform performance
Define and maintain the core metrics that reflect DTC platform health — conversion, engagement, retention, order quality, and customer satisfaction — and keep definitions and reporting consistent across teams.
Analyze performance trends and the end-to-end customer journey to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities with clear business impact.
Run the operating rhythm
Manage the Weekly Business Review (WBR) and related forums, structuring discussions around decisions and actions so meetings drive outcomes.
Give cross-functional teams and leadership clear visibility into performance trends and priorities, and track follow-through to measurable results.
Build customer insights
Define and evolve customer segmentation, identifying key cohorts, behaviors, and value drivers.
Synthesize behavioral data, feedback, and support signals to spot and prioritize friction points and opportunities.
Translate insights into direction
Turn performance and customer insights into clear recommendations that inform product roadmap priorities, customer experience improvements, and operational focus areas.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations teams to tie initiatives to measurable outcomes and support planning with structured analysis.
Foster alignment
Align teams on shared definitions of success, priorities, and expected outcomes.
Create transparency into performance and tradeoffs, and support accountability through clear, consistent communication.
What You'll Need
Required:
6+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or analytics-driven roles, with increasing scope and responsibility.
Experience owning business or performance metrics and operating cadences (e.g., WBRs, MBRs).
Sound business judgment, with the ability to connect data to decisions and tradeoffs.
Experience communicating insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, including structuring clear, data-driven narr
