ABOUT ARTIAN Artian AI is building agentic AI automation for financial services. Our platform enables reliable, autonomous AI agents to execute business-critical workflows across regulated enterprise environments. We are an in-person team in New York, building at the intersection of AI, enterprise software, workflow automation, and financial services. We move with urgency, take ownership, communicate transparently, and care deeply about doing excellent work. We are looking for people who are grounded under pressure, learn quickly, earn trust with teammates and customers, and want to help define how AI agents are deployed safely and effectively in the enterprise. ABOUT THE ROLE Artian AI is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product development for the operational workflows our agentic AI platform automates. You will work deeply with customers, engineering, AI/ML, solutions, and go-to-market teams to understand how financial institutions actually operate, identify high-value automation opportunities, and translate complex workflows into reliable AI-powered product experiences. This role is ideal for a product leader who has spent meaningful time inside financial services operations, enterprise workflow software, or highly regulated customer environments. You should be able to sit with operators, understand manual processes and control points, map workflows end to end, and turn those insights into product requirements that engineering teams can execute against. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own product strategy and execution for financial services operations workflows automated by Artian’s platform. - Work directly with customers to understand business processes, operational pain points, data flows, exception handling, approval paths, and success metrics. - Translate complex workflows into product requirements, user stories, workflow maps, acceptance criteria, and launch plans. - Partner with AI/ML and backend engineering to design agentic automation capabilities that are reliable, auditable, and enterprise-ready. - Collaborate with solutions engineering and delivery teams to identify repeatable patterns across customer deployments. - Prioritize product investments based on customer value, implementation complexity, risk, and strategic importance. - Define metrics for workflow automation quality, operational efficiency, user adoption, task completion, and customer ROI. - Build product feedback loops from pilots, deployments, customer usage, and internal implementation learnings. - Communicate product direction clearly to executives, customers, engineering, and go-to-market teams. - Help shape Artian’s product operating model as the company scales. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Significant product management experience in enterprise software, workflow automation, financial technology, AI products, or regulated industries. - Deep understanding of financial-services operations workflows such as banking operations, insurance operations, lending, onboarding, servicing, risk, compliance, claims, reconciliation, trade operations, or back-office processing. - Strong ability to map operational processes, identify automation opportunities, and translate messy real-world workflows into clear product requirements. - Technical fluency across APIs, data systems, enterprise integrations, AI/ML products, workflow platforms, or SaaS architecture. - Strong customer discovery, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills. - Ability to balance speed, customer specificity, product generality, reliability, and regulatory constraints. - High ownership, excellent judgment, and comfort operating in ambiguity. - Strong written communication and documentation skills.
