Description
Harness is the AI Software Delivery Platform company, led by technologist and entrepreneur Jyoti Bansal (founder of AppDynamics, acquired by Cisco for $3.7B). Harness has raised approximately $570M in funding and is valued at $5.5B, backed by leading investors including Goldman Sachs, Menlo Ventures, IVP, Unusual Ventures, Citi Ventures, and more. As AI accelerates code creation, the real bottleneck has shifted to everything after the code – testing, deployments, application security, reliability, compliance, and cost optimization. Harness brings AI and automation to this “outer loop,” helping teams ship software faster while maintaining security and governance throughout the entire software delivery lifecycle. Powered by Harness AI and the Software Delivery Knowledge Graph, the Harness Platform applies deep context and intelligent automation across the software delivery lifecycle with governance and policy-driven controls embedded throughout the platform.  Over the past year, Harness powered over 185M deployments, 82M builds, 18T flag evaluations, 8M security scans, 9.1B optimized tests, 3T protected API calls, and helped manage $2.8B in cloud spend — enabling customers like United Airlines, Morningstar, and Choice Hotels to accelerate releases by up to 75%, reduce cloud costs by up to 60%, and achieve 10x DevOps efficiency.  With a global team across 26 offices and 27 countries, Harness is shaping the future of AI software delivery — and we’re looking for exceptional talent to help us move even faster. Position Summary AI has changed how software gets written, and developers are now shipping more code, more frequently than ever, which makes CI more critical than it has ever been. To keep up, CI has to match growing demand and the expectation that developers will be more productive than ever. Every commit has to build, test, and validate fast enough to match that pace, without slowing teams down or eroding trust in the pipeline. Speed and developer experience are no longer nice-to-haves in CI; they separate teams that ship continuously from teams that stall. Harness already sits at the center of how engineering teams build and deliver software, with CI integrated directly into the broader delivery lifecycle and trusted by enterprise engineering teams worldwide.  We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to help drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Harness Continuous Integration, shaping how engineering teams build, test, and validate code at scale. This is a high-impact role focused on innovation, technical execution, developer experience, and bringing AI to the core of the CI pipeline. What You’ll Do Help drive the product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for Harness CI across build pipelines, parallelization, and build infrastructure. Deepen and scale CI’s integration across the Harness software delivery platform, strengthening its role as a first-class pillar in the delivery lifecycle. Define and deliver AI-assisted workflows grounded in build and pipeline context that measurably improve developer productivity, such as cutting build and test time, explaining why a build failed, and detecting flaky tests. Partner with engineering and design to ensure AI experiences in CI are trustworthy, controllable, and aligned with enterprise requirements. Partner with customers to understand how teams build, test, and ship day-to-day, and use those insights to reduce pipeline friction, improve usability, and guide roadmap priorities. Partner with go-to-market teams on training, enablement, and driving sales opportunities to accelerate adoption and revenue growth. Drive competitive intelligence across CI and adjacent developer workflow tooling, and translate insights into clear priorities and differentiation. Champion developer experience by relentlessly simplifying CI workflows, improving the onboarding experience, reducing setup and configuration overhead, and m
