THE ROLE We're hiring a Senior Product Engineer to ship meaningful products end-to-end. You're comfortable across the stack and thrive at the intersection of engineering, product, and users. You can take a feature from ideation through architecture, implementation, polish, and launch. You'll work closely with leadership and customers to turn ambiguous problems into shipped product that directly improves how care is delivered across the U.S. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Translate product ideas into technical designs and ship them end-to-end - Build features across frontend, backend, and data layers - Collaborate directly with design, product, and leadership - Own projects from concept to production - Make pragmatic tradeoffs between speed and craft - Contribute to a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment where your ideas directly impact how care is delivered YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU - Have shipped full-stack features independently in a high-velocity startup environment - Are product-minded and user-obsessed – you care about the outcome, not just the code - Operate well in ambiguity and can define scope from a rough idea - Care equally about velocity and quality - Enjoy wearing multiple hats and moving fluidly across the stack REQUIRED SKILLS - 5+ years of professional software engineering experience - Experience building and scaling data-intensive, user-facing applications - Familiarity with AWS deployments and cloud infrastructure - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally - Passion for building impactful products with a track record of ownership and initiative NICE TO HAVE - Background in healthcare or life sciences industry - Experience with modern LLM integration in production products Compensation: $230,000 – $300,000 We are committed to offering a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package, including robust health benefits, commuter benefits, and meaningful ownership opportunities through equity.
