The team is also responsible for monitoring product quality in High Volume Manufacturing (HVM), driving end-of-life planning for products, and overseeing Bill of Materials (BOM) management. What you will do: Monitor the product operations efficiencies and create/publish Production Manufacturing Quarterly KPI reports for your assigned products and review it with the cross functional team. Work closely with internal engineering and operations teams, and external subcons to monitor product manufacturing issues, BOM setups, product flow/routing definitions. Work with supply chain planning to ensure the Capacity Planning for product ramp is complete in the context of total back-end capacity and product mix. On NPI side, actively participate and contribute to the milestones process by working closely with engineering, operations and go-to-market teams to ensure a timely launch and proper risk assessment. Lead and drive the NPI ramp to volume production for new RFID tag and reader chips. Launch and sustain an engineering wafer tracking system for NPI use. What you will bring: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5 years’ experience or 3 years with Master’s degree; or a PhD. Direct experience in IC Development and/or IC Product and Test Engineering and/or IC Manufacturing/Process Engineering Experience of working with integration teams to setup new product flows is required. Data analysis and automation skills with JMP required.   Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to coordinate timelines, manage priorities, and drive tasks to completion. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties, requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Both market wage data and the mid-point of the pay range is reviewed and used as the starting point for all new hire offers. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
