What you’re responsible for: Partner with project teams to plan and strategize during the preconstruction phase. Review drawings to identify potential constructability issues, value engineering opportunities, and accurate scopes of work, driving necessary corrections or changes. Lead subcontractor bid processes to ensure consistency in scope, project details, logistics, and timelines. Develop comprehensive project schedules that enable accurate estimating and procurement. Prepare and update project budgets throughout client acquisition and project initiation phases. Present proposals and budgets to clients in a professional and engaging manner, tailored to their preferences. Ensure project profitability, client satisfaction, and the engagement of high-quality subcontractors. Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors to ensure a client-first approach.
