This role is responsible for designing, developing, executing, and analyzing performance tests to ensure applications meet performance, scalability, reliability, and availability goals under expected and peak workloads.   The Performance QA Engineer will collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, Product Management, and Quality Engineering teams to identify performance risks early, diagnose bottlenecks, and drive performance improvements before production releases. The ideal candidate combines strong performance engineering expertise with solid software testing fundamentals, automation skills, and experience using AI-assisted testing tools to improve productivity and quality.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES     Performance Strategy and Planning   Define performance testing strategies for On-Prem and SaaS Products; business workflows, and enterprise systems.   Define performance strategies, non-functional requirements, SLAs, workload models, and release criteria.    Participate in requirement, architecture, database, infrastructure, and design reviews to identify performance risks early.    Design and execute baseline, load, stress, spike, endurance, scalability, capacity, volume, failover, and resilience tests.    Develop reusable scripts using JMeter, k6, Gatling, Locust, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or similar tools.      Performance Analysis & Optimization   Analyze response time, throughput, latency, concurrency, error rates, and resource utilization.    Identify bottlenecks across the UI, APIs, application, database, network, infrastructure, and cloud layers.    Evaluate browser and fronten
