This opportunity offers exposure to large-scale systems, innovative technologies, and a collaborative environment where skills and ideas make a real impact. - Take over ownership of the existing performance test scripts from vendors - Schedule, design and drive performance tests - Improve efficiency of performance tests - Improve test reliability and time taken for performance test runs - Improve performance of applications in terms of user experience and satisfaction Responsibilities - Designing, implementing and optimising processes for performance testing - Designing performance tests, with details around desired environment set up, areas to test, expected results and explanations for deviations - Establishing and tracking metrics for application and service performance to drive improvement and accountability - Work with stakeholders across engineering and QA teams to ensure alignment on goals - Driving application and services performance improvements through collaboration with respective engineering teams - Design ways to track and report the results of and efficacy of performance test runs
