This role plays a critical part in ensuring inventory accuracy, receiving efficiency, product quality, and operational compliance while supporting the overall success of the supply chain. You will oversee receiving, inventory control, replenishment, and related warehouse functions, driving process improvements that enhance inventory integrity, productivity, and service levels. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of warehouse inventory systems, and a proven ability to lead large teams in a fast-paced environment. This position balances strategic planning with daily operational execution, serving as an agent of change while developing high-performing teams and ensuring inventory accuracy throughout the facility. Responsible for meeting site environmental, health, quality, and safety performance metrics while maintaining compliance with OSHA, AIB, GMP, HACCP, FSSC, and FDA requirements. Lead all receiving, inventory control, replenishment, and inbound warehouse operations, ensuring efficient product flow from receipt through storage and distribution. Drive inventory accuracy through cycle count programs, inventory audits, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning. Establish and monitor inventory KPIs including accuracy, shrink, reconciliation, and inventory health metrics. Oversee daily receiving operations, ensuring timely unloading, inspection, documentation, and system transactions while maintaining product quality and traceability standards.
