The Role  The Senior Officer – Data Analytics & Visualization is member of the Technical Support Unit (TSU), working the broader state team to strengthen in-line chlorination (ILC) across Rajasthan. You will report to the Manager, TSU (Team Lead). This role fundamentally combines health data analysis with field operations, transforming program data collected on the ground into practical insights. It also involves regular collaboration with Rajasthan PHED officials and providing support for daily operational and community engagements.. You will calls for someone who brings both technical expertise in data analytics and data visualization, along with the capacity to cultivate strong professional relationships with state, district, and block-level government partners. Responsibilities Health Data Analysis & Program Analytics Examine health and water quality data, such as chlorine residual levels (Total Residual Chlorine and Free Residual Chlorine), performance metrics of devices, and household coverage, to monitor program health outcomes and ensure adherence to national JJM and state water quality standards. Identify trends, gaps, and correlations in data to create implementable strategies insights that support program decision-making at state, district, and block levels. Support validation of field data on ILC device performance and water quality in collaborationn with district and block-level PHED officials. Build, revise and maintain program dashboards covering field operations, ILC installations, water quality monitoring, and community engagement, to provide real-time visibility to state teams and Rajasthan PHED.
