Requirements Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software components using .NET/C# and modern technologies. Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code, ensuring maintainability, reliability, and strong unit test coverage. Contribute to the team’s technical design discussions and help implement solutions that align with agreed architectural principles and standards. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and fellow engineers to translate business requirements into effective technical implementations. Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Support and mentor less experienced engineers through pair programming, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to performance, reliability, and scalability, proposing pragmatic improvements. Keep up to date with relevant technologies and frameworks, and proactively suggest improvements to tools, practices, and processes. Create and maintain technical documentation related to implemented features, components, and integrations. Highly desired Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering Proven experience in building applications using .NET/C#. Deep understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and architectural best practices. Strong knowledge of database systems; Solid understanding of cloud-native development and cloud platforms is a plus. Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and automated testing, is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication skills in both Greek and English A passion for clean code, performance optimization, and continuous learning.
