Description
As a “Senior Developer”, you’re a key player in one of our main products. You’re a strong partner and mentor to the team’s other developers and our developer community across the EvidentIQ group. You take ownership of the conception, implementation, documentation, and architecture of features, interfaces, and sub-systems. Your holistic view of the software development lifecycle allows you to work closely with our architects, developers, and business roles in a cross-functional agile team. As a “Senior Developer” at EvidentIQ, you have a real impact on our products and actively drive and shape them daily. Development Skills HL7, FHIR, DICOM  ICD-10, ICD-O, TNM knowledge  C# with Visual Studio  ASP.NET (WebForms and .NET Core)  SQL (general)  JavaScript  CI/CD familiarity (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab)  Cloud hosting experience (AWS, Azure or GCP)  Understanding of deployment & infrastructure (IIS, etc.)  Language Skills Excellent German (spoken and written)  Good English skills  Soft Skills & Behavior Independent problem solving  Service- & business-oriented mindset  Teamwork & communication  High learning capability  Structured and self-motivated  With us, it’s not just about what you do — it’s about the difference you make. You’ll deliver reliably — with over 90% of your development tasks completed on time. You’ll take ownership: of features, releases, and writing clean, traceable code. And you’ll help us make existing components more performant and future-ready. Over the course of 12–24 months, you’ll grow into a key player on the team: You’ll take on technical responsibility — for parts of the architecture or even as a project lead. You’ll help improve CI/CD processes, increase test coverage, and bring fresh ideas for standards and interfaces. And you’ll share your knowledge — for example, by mentoring junior developers.
