The Challenge:
Lead our Workplace Experience Team as a Senior Workplace Manager , crafting spaces that elevate productivity, creativity, and collaboration. You'll ensure operational excellence while driving tactical improvements across facilities, services, and the overall workplace environment.
What You’ll Take On:
We are seeking a Senior Workplace Manager to oversee daily operations, facilities, and the overall workplace experience. Based in our New York headquarters, you will lead a diverse portfolio of responsibilities, from vendor management and space planning to incident response and sustainability initiatives.
This is a people-first , high-autonomy role focused on delivering exceptional service to studio teams, optimizing the workplace for daily excellence and long-term evolution. Success will depend on both strategic insight and strong execution across multiple projects and work streams.
Manage daily operations, facilities, and workplace experience across at our New York headquarters, with remote support for select smaller location in the northeast US.
Lead a small, high-performing team with a focus on continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and service excellence.
Act as a tactical leader overseeing a complex operational area with measurable impact on team performance and studio effectiveness.
What You Bring:
Qualifications & Experience
6–8 years of direct experience in workplace/facilities management, including 2+ years of team leadership.
Proven record of managing cross-functional teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
Strong track record in tactical decision-making, operations oversight, and process improvement.
Prior experience in creative, technical, or high-growth work environments strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Facilities, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field.
Skills & Attributes
Advanced knowledge of workplace management practices, vendor contracts, and H&S compliance.
Exceptional people leadership and interpersonal skills.
High degree of autonomy with strong judgment in operational, people, and project decisions.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking; comfortable addressing issues that impact the broader business.
