The Senior Manager of Quality Programs is responsible for designing, leading, and scaling quality programs across the product lifecycle—from design and supplier onboarding through manufacturing, market release, and post-market surveillance. This role partners closely with R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to ensure quality is embedded into processes, not inspected in after the fact. This leader will manage complex, cross-functional programs, translate quality strategy into execution, and drive measurable improvements in product performance, compliance, and consumer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Quality Program Leadership Own and lead enterprise-wide quality programs (e.g., risk management, corrective and preventive action (CAPA), supplier quality, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives). Translate quality strategy into scalable programs, tools, and governance models. Establish clear KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to monitor program effectiveness and drive accountability. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Customer Experience teams to embed quality requirements throughout the product lifecycle. Influence senior stakeholders to align on quality priorities, trade-offs, and risk mitigation strategies. Act as a key quality voice in product development, change management, and escalation forums. Supplier & Manufacturing Quality Support and oversee supplier quality programs, including qualification, performance monitoring, audits, and issue resolution. Drive root cause analysis and systemic corrective actions for internal and external quality issues. Ensure manufacturing processes meet internal standards, regulatory requirements, and consumer expectations. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure alignment with applicable quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, FDA, regional compliance as applicable). Lead quality risk assessments and ensure proactive mitigation strategies are in place. Support internal and external audits and ensure timely, effective follow-up actions. People & Capability Development Lead, mentor, and develop quality program managers or cross-functional team members. Build quality capability across the organization through training, standard work, and best-practice sharing. Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and consumer-first thinking. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Operations, or a related field. 8–12+ years of experience in quality, operations, or program management within consumer goods, manufacturing, or a regulated product environment.
