In this role, you will own WHOOP's analytics tooling stack — building a strong foundation of reliable, well-modeled data that powers decisions across the organization. You will serve as the connective tissue between our Analytics and Data Platform Engineering teams, ensuring alignment on architecture, tooling, and data availability. As a leader, you will hire and develop a high-performing team while staying close to the technical work and driving adoption of modern data practices including semantic modeling and AI-ready data infrastructure.
