Our APAC team (Singapore, Malaysia, Sydney, Melbourne) is made up of 40+ consultants with deep expertise across the AWM industry. Our clients include Asset Owners, Managers and Servicers, Wealth Managers and Insurers. We provide our clients with a range of services covering Target Operating Models, Data Governance and Strategy, Implementations, Migrations, Benchmarking and Provider Selections.     Role Responsibilities: At Alpha, you will be pivotal in leading engagements to identify and implement solutions for a range of issues facing asset and wealth managers. Over the course of each project, you will collect and analyse data, prepare and test hypotheses, and present recommendations to the client to solve their unique business & technology challenges. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing project execution and a team of consultants ensuring the successful delivery of client engagements, including planning the day-to-day work of the team, facilitating client interviews and workshops, structuring client deliverables and ensuring Alpha’s standards for quality are met Developing strategies and driving high-quality work products within expected timeframes on budget Delivering strategies by bringing together diverse stakeholders to work effectively in partnership Analysing the client current state, developing proposals, and assisting and implementing recommendations or solutions to ensure the best use of clients’ resources Conducting research, surveys and interviews and discussing organisational problems with clients Monitoring progress, managing risks and ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed about progress of project and expected&
