About the role As a Senior IT Systems Engineer, you own IT systems engineering for corporate infrastructure, designing, implementing, and operating reliable, secure systems that support Lucidworks operations and meet enterprise IT standards. You partner with IT leadership, security, and business stakeholders to scope, estimate, and deliver infrastructure projects. This is a fully remote individual contributor role within the Technology organization, working with a moderate level of autonomy on defined responsibilities with meaningful cross-functional touchpoints.
