We are looking for a 100% remote Senior Software Engineer to join our Engineering Team—the engine behind Quorum’s AI strategy. The Impact You’ll Have As a Senior Engineer, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of features that impact thousands of clients. You will bridge the gap between complex datasets and intuitive user experiences, leveraging AI to automate the "administrative drag" of public affairs. You’ll be a key architect of our unified codebase, ensuring our tools remain reliable, efficient, and cutting-edge. Your Journey at Quorum - First Week: You’ll hit the ground running and ship your first piece of code to production. - First Month: You’ll be working across the stack—from infrastructure and APIs to the UI. - First Six Months: You’ll take full ownership of a feature set, making technical decisions that directly impact our global client base. - First Year: You’ll help guide the team on broad technical decisions that shape our stack and the growth of the entire company. About the Software Development Team - We’re a fast-growing team that is dedicated to improving our people, processes, and platform. The 100+ person team is composed of different functions including software engineering, Product Management, Product Design, QA, Devops/SRE and an Information Security team. - We support many different products but internally think of them as one system with a single unified codebase.
