The product is proven, but the sprint team building it is growing — and this hire is the build layer that makes the rest of the pipeline work. The person who joins now as Full Stack Developer doesn't inherit a finished queue. You will be the engineer who sets the standard for what "done" looks like in a sprint — building the features that internal operations teams and 2,000+ dental labs depend on daily, and doing it to the quality gate, sprint after sprint.
