We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, and Generative AI technologies to join a large-scale Digital Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications and hands-on expertise in designing and implementing Generative AI solutions using modern LLM frameworks and architectures. This role requires a strong engineering mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver end-to-end AI-enabled digital solutions within an Agile product engineering environment. Requirements Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable Full Stack applications using Node.js and React.js. Build secure, high-performance backend services and microservices using Node.js and Express.js. Develop responsive and reusable frontend applications using React.js, Redux, and TypeScript. Design and implement Generative AI-powered solutions leveraging modern LLM technologies and frameworks. Build and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and intelligent AI workflows. Develop AI-enabled applications utilizing embeddings, vector databases, agent frameworks, and multi-step prompting techniques. Integrate Generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications through App-to-App (A2A) integrations and intelligent orchestration frameworks. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, and Software Engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Ensure application scalability, performance, security, and maintainability following software engineering best practices. Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across Full Stack and AI-enabled applications. Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative engineering approaches. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives across the engineering organization. Participate actively in Agile delivery ceremonies and engineering excellence initiatives.
