We are looking for a Senior Full-stack web developer with NodeJS/ Python and ReactJS with a strong background in API design, databases, performance, scalability, security, etc to join our team. You will be working across a range of projects and industries, building scalable and high-performance web solutions. Location: HCMC, Hanoi, Danang What You’ll Be Doing Working on Web and Mobile products for diverse clients and industries. Working and pair programming with other developers to build applications with Python/NodeJS and ReactJS. Designing & implementing back-end API using Python/NodeJS. Working with Product Owners to convert business requirements into technical designs. Cooperating with UI designers to implement modern minimalist designs into production. Applying proven technologies and best practices to level up your technical skills: NestJS, Redux. Learning new languages and frameworks to improve yourself and stay current in an ever-changing environment. Requirements Must have 7+ years of experience in backend development using Python/NodeJS 3+ years of experience in frontend development using ReactJS or similar frameworks (Vue, Svelte, Angular) Proven expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, scalable web architecture, and deploying to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Experience integrating AI/ML solutions into web applications Strong working knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) Familiarity with Extreme Programming (XP) practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI), and code refactoring Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Experience leading project teams through the full life cycle of software development Experience supporting other team tasks such as mentoring, creating proposals, designing architecture for a project, etc. Nice to have Experience designing and building AI architecture for production-grade applications Experience with serverless architecture, e.g., AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Function, etc. Experience with security, performance, and scalability.
