The Role As a Senior Full Stack Developer you will work on the development of the Mobile Service Cloud product of CM.com . The Mobile Service Cloud is our cloud-native contact center platform: the product that brings email, phone, live chat, contact forms, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger together in one place, so brands like Auping, Fleurop, Revolution Beauty, AS Watson and Yoursurprise can run customer service at scale, 24/7. You'll join the team building its next chapter, where AI agents powered by HALO take on more of the conversation so human agents can focus on what actually needs them.   You will: Own the development of Mobile Service Cloud, a mature platform already supporting thousands of agents and millions of customer conversations a year. Build HALO-powered AI agents into the platform, so routine inquiries get resolved autonomously and human agents are freed up for the complex cases. Strengthen the backend that keeps every channel, email, phone, live chat, WhatsApp and more, running as one seamless, reliable experience. Move fast: test ideas, ship, learn from what doesn't work, and help shape what this role looks like a year from now. Use AI tools actively to improve your own work. Experiment, automate, and share what works with your team. Solid, hands-on experience with C#, .NET, Entity Framework and SQL, plus a habit of writing clean, maintainable code The versatility to pick up frontend work in Vue.js or jQuery when the job calls for it Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure (or a comparable cloud platform), and you're comfortable with Docker, Kubernetes and microservices A committed, quality-driven mindset and a growth-oriented attitude Fluency in English Genuinely curious about AI, you experiment with tools like ChatGPT or Copilot and you're open to working differently as they improve Believe you’d be a great fit for this role, even if you don’t tick every box?
