We encourage people to have ownership, make decisions and accept responsibility for them. WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Controller to join our P3 team in Poland. SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for the Polish real estate portfolio. Perform regular variance analysis, providing clear explanations and insights on deviations from budget/forecast, preparing benchmarks, modelling scenarios and evaluating risks & opportunities. Oversee the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate financial results in cooperation with internal teams Review local statutory reporting, including financial statements and tax filings Develop relationships and collaborate asset management and leasing teams to assess the financial performance of properties Cooperate with external auditors and tax advisors.  Continuously improve and automate financial processes, reporting tools, and internal controls Ensure compliance with group reporting standards (IFRS) and statutory regulations  WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. A big four background is nice to have. Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are a strong advantage. Minimum 10 years of experience in audit/controlling, preferably in commercial real estate. Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling. Proven experience with month-end close processes and oversight of local statutory reporting in Poland. Solid business acumen and the ability to link financial outcomes with operational performance. Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems. Knowledge of database systems (eg. Tableau, PowerBi).
