Position Summary
The Senior Event Coordinator supports the Access division by managing all aspects of event planning and execution, from initial concept through post-event surveys and analysis. Responsibilities include managing venues, developing and executing event budgets, coordinating vendors and event services, overseeing event logistics, and ensuring a seamless attendee experience before, during, and after each event.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Project manage all aspects of event planning and execution for events within the Access division.
Partner with internal support teams to manage vendors, coordinate event logistics, oversee registration and attendee tracking, arrange entertainment, develop event communications, conduct pre- and post-event evaluations, coordinate promotional materials and signage, and manage transportation.
Develop, maintain, and monitor event timelines to ensure all milestones and deadlines are achieved.
Collaborate with the design team to create invitations, event collateral, and printed materials.
Develop, manage, and reconcile event budgets while ensuring adherence to approved financial guidelines.
Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues that may impact event success.
Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure seamless event execution.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the unique requirements and logistics associated with a diverse portfolio of events.

Required Education and Experience
College Degree
Five years’ experience in event coordination
Physical Demands and Work Hours
Light work, requiring exerting up to 30 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently.
9:00am-5:00pm with an hour for lunch and flexibility depending on business needs. Travel required.
