The qualified individual must be highly motivated with the skills to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.  ERG is seeking a Senior Engineer with energetics processing experience to support energetics and chemical manufacturing processes, including evaluating safe processes, equipment, and facility design; formulating risk mitigation strategies; providing technical expertise in new process startup activities; evaluating standard operating procedures (SOPs); performing malfunction and incident investigations; and interacting with technical customers to provide process engineering and safety expertise. Experience managing projects, facilitating meetings, investigating incidents, and facilitating hazard analyses is required.   This is a fulltime onsite position at the Naval Support Facility (NSF) Indian Head. Indian Head, MD, is approximately 30 miles from Washington, DC, 25 miles from Alexandria, VA, and 60 miles from Fredericksburg, VA.
