Your Tasks
Design, supervise the construction of, and commission launch and test site infrastructure
Drive requirements for the layout and design of various sites
Manage and enforce documentation standards across different systems
Guide junior engineers and technicians in implementing new system designs
Report progress to the team leader
Work closely with engineers and technicians from different backgrounds and across different teams within RFA
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders ensuring requirements are communicated and met
Your Qualifications
Degree in Electrical Engineering, with a focus on power distribution networks and systems, or related
5+ years of practical design and / or build experience of electrical and power distribution and power management systems
Proven experience in the design and commissioning of large electrical and control systems
Some experience in leadership of small teams is a plus
Experience with process plant design and operation is highly regarded
Ability to create and interpret electrical engineering drawings and wiring diagrams
Capable of working independently and with a hands-on mentality
Confident working on large projects with limited oversight
Able to communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary and multicultural team
Fluent in written and spoken English
