About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. This role requires deep expertise in Kubernetes ecosystems, GitOps practices, and cloud-native technologies. Key Responsibilities · Design, build, and manage scalable infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices · Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters and associated tooling in production environments · Deploy and manage microservices using Helm charts · Implement and maintain GitOps workflows using ArgoCD · Configure and manage service mesh (Istio) for traffic management, observability, and security · Automate CI/CD pipelines to improve developer productivity and system reliability · Collaborate with development teams to streamline application deployment and operations · Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability · Enforce security best practices across infrastructure and deployment pipelines Requirements 6–10 years of hands-on DevOps experience · Strong expertise in Kubernetes (production-grade environments) · Hands-on experience with Istio service mesh · Proficiency in Helm charts for application deployment · Experience implementing GitOps workflows using ArgoCD · Strong experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning · Solid hands-on experience with either AWS or GCP · Experience working with managed Kubernetes services such as EKS or GKE · Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and tools · Experience with SAST/DAST implementation · Good scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar) Benefits A meaningful role at the heart of a high-growth cybersecurity company Direct visibility with leadership and real influence over people decisions Competitive compensation with performance-linked incentives Flexible working arrangements and a culture of ownership and trust
