The Senior Design Manager (Sitewide) will lead and oversee the design management for mixed-use developments across the sitewide portfolio. This role requires a strategic leader with a minimum of 10 years of experience managing multidisciplinary design teams in complex urban environments. The successful candidate will coordinate design efforts, ensuring alignment with project goals, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations. Reporting to senior leadership, the Senior Design Manager will act as a key decision-maker driving innovation, excellence, and integration across all sitewide design initiatives. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage sitewide mixed-use design projects, ensuring compliance with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, facilitating collaboration and integration among architecture, engineering, and planning disciplines. Develop and implement design strategies that meet client and stakeholder requirements while promoting innovation and sustainability. Oversee design documentation, reviews, and approvals across all sitewide projects. Act as a liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment. Manage risk, scope, and schedule to support successful project delivery. Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in design management, preferably in mixed-use and large-scale urban developments. Proven leadership skills managing multidisciplinary teams in complex projects. Strong knowledge of design principles, architecture, urban planning, and construction processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Experience with design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Understanding of local and international codes, standards, and regulations.
