This role will be working out of our Pune office 5 days a week and is required to work an evening shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST to support our North American team. Vena has embarked on the journey of becoming a more data-driven organization and we realize that data is one of our most important assets. It’s an exciting time to join our growing Enterprise Information Management team, which is currently working on a large program to fundamentally transform the way we leverage data to drive business outcomes. We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer who will play an integral role in designing, implementing, monitoring and evolving our internal data platform with scale in mind.  We have many critical business systems and an ambitious data strategy to execute against to enable us to unlock value, insights and improve decision-making. The ideal candidate is both a data engineer and leader, who can design and enforce standards, best practices and methodologies, enable scalability of data engineering, quality assurance and analysis, and has strong interpersonal skills and can demonstrate the ability to work with nuanced data concepts.
