What You Will Do
Architect Data Models: Develop and implement advanced data models tailored to business requirements, ensuring maximum performance, reliability, and scalability.
Orchestrate Pipelines: Design, build, and maintain complex, scalable data pipelines utilizing Apache Airflow.
Drive Real-Time Streaming: Implement and manage Kafka-based streaming data pipelines for real-time processing and seamless integration across various systems.
Integrate Ecosystems: Connect third-party databases and APIs to ensure a unified and cohesive data flow.
Ensure Data Health: Establish proactive monitoring, alerting, and maintenance procedures to guarantee the health, security, and reliability of all data pipelines.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with data scientists, analysts, and key business stakeholders to deeply understand and execute on complex data requirements.
What You Bring
Core Tech Stack Proficiency: Strong expertise in Python and SQL, alongside a deep understanding of advanced data manipulation and transformation techniques.
Data Architecture Expertise: Proven experience with modern data warehousing and advanced data modeling techniques.
Orchestration & Streaming Mastery: Hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining complex pipelines with Apache Airflow, combined with a practical track record of implementing Kafka-based streaming architectures.
Proven Track Record: A strong background in data engineering roles, specifically focused on deploying scalable data solutions using Snowflake or Redshift.
Problem-Solving Mindset: The ability to navigate complex data ecosystems and translate business needs into robust technical infrastructure.
