About Product at Nitro:   The Product team at Nitro takes a human-centric approach to developing the products and services at the heart of our business, helping us realize our vision of empowering our users to work on what matters. We have an incredibly talented and diverse team that cares, with a strong culture that believes in building the right things and building them the right way.         The Role:   We’re looking for a highly experienced and commercially-minded leader to help us build a foundation of trusted, reliable insight across the business. As Senior Data Director, you’ll report to the Chief Product Officer with a dotted line to the CFO. Working across Finance and Product, you’ll establish a single source of truth, identify new ways to unlock the value of our proprietary data, and assist with Nitro’s pricing and packaging strategy as part of our evolution into an AI-first, multi-product company. You’ll lead two teams, Revenue Insights and Data Insights, partner with Engineering to ensure our data infrastructure meets the needs of the business, and play a pivotal role in shaping how Nitro uses data to make better decisions.   What you’ll be doing:   Rationalising and consolidating our data landscape to create a single, trusted source of truth, ensuring our data is accurate, consistent, and easy to act on  while taking ownership of launching and maintaining product data standards and processes across the company.   Acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership, helping shape how the business uses data and thinking proactively about where better insight could lead to better outcomes   Partnering closely with leadership to align on data strategy, ensure metrics are interpreted consistently, and foster a shared understanding of performance across the business   Ensuring the underlying architecture, tooling, and data pipelines can support the business's current needs and scale with Nitro's growth ambitions   Building meaningful and reliable insights that drive better decision-making across the organisation   Leading
