We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Data Analyst to help improve the quality, accessibility, and usability of enterprise data. This role will partner closely with data scientists, business stakeholders, and data engineering teams to ensure data is accurate, well-structured, and readily available for analytics and modeling. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with critical thinking and business acumen. They are comfortable working independently, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and translating business needs into scalable analytical solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, execute, and maintain data quality checks to ensure the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of enterprise data. Structure, transform, and prepare datasets for analytics, reporting, and advanced modeling. Develop and automate recurring reports, dashboards, and data workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Partner with data scientists to understand modeling requirements and deliver clean, well-documented datasets suitable for analysis. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document analytics requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improving data quality and business processes. Create and maintain documentation for data definitions, business logic, and analytical processes. Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve analytical workflows. Work cross-functionally with data engineering, analytics, and business teams to ensure alignment on data standards and governance. Exercise independent judgment in prioritizing work, troubleshooting issues, and recommending improvements to data processes.   Core Competencies Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role. Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, validating, and transforming data. Experience using Python for data analysis, automation, and scripting. Experience developing automated reporting solutions and analytical workflows. Strong understanding of relational databases and data structures. Experience performing data validation and implementing data quality controls. Demonstrated ability to gather and interpret business and analytics requirements. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and data engineers. Preferred Experience with Tableau Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Databricks Knowledge of version control tools such as Git. Experience supporting machine learning or advanced analytics initiatives.
