Minimum 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with proven expertise in building AI solutions using Microsoft Foundry (2+ years), and Microsoft AI SDKs (2+ years) including Azure AI Search (2+ years). (advantage with Microsoft Certifications: AI-102, AI-200, AB-730) Solid understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases, embedding models. Proven experience designing and deploying agentic AI systems using frameworks such as Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, and / or LangChain. Strong proficiency in Python, and/or SQL. Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or similar data platforms is a strong advantage. Knowledge of Azure Infrastructure (advantage with Microsoft Certification: AZ-305). Knowledge of Azure DevOps (advantage with Microsoft Certification: AZ-400). Exposure to Azure IaC (e.g. Terraform, Bicep) is considered a plus. Strong analytical thinking and structured, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a high level of customer orientation and service mindset.   Architect, build, and optimize AI agents and agentic workflows using Microsoft AI Foundry, Microsoft Agent Framework and Azure Logic Apps, with a focus on Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected Review. Architect end-to-end AI solutions including knowledge retrieval, and orchestration layers integrated with enterprise data sources. Build, test, and publish agents to M365 Copilot and other Microsoft channels, managing authentication, RBAC, and deployment lifecycle. Develop integration workflows connecting AI agents with productivity tools, and custom APIs using Function Apps, Azure Logic Apps and Power Automate. Stay current with the rapidly evolving Microsoft AI ecosystem and evaluate emerging capabilities (e.g. Copilot Studio, Foundry SDK, multi-agent patterns) for client applicability. Collaborate closely with the sales team to present architecture concepts, solution scenarios, and demos to clients and win new projects.
