About the Opportunity Soben, now part of Accenture’s Industry X Infrastructure and Capital Projects practice, we are working on one of Europe's most significant hyperscale data centre programmes. We are seeking a Senior Cost Manager to join our high-performance team on a site-based/hybrid basis in Helsinki. This is a key role supporting a leading global hyperscaler through all post-contract phases of construction on a mission-critical programme. The role is highly client-facing and offers strong opportunities to grow with the business as we expand across the region. Role Summary The Senior Cost Manager will take responsibility for full post-contract commercial management on major data centre builds. Working closely with the client, contractors, and the wider Soben–Accenture delivery team, you will ensure cost, commercial, and contractual governance throughout the lifecycle of Project X. This position requires excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, reflecting the client-facing nature of the role.
