Description
We seek a highly motivated, detail oriented, business-minded professional with creativity, initiative, teamwork and project management skills to support our security services practice, managing executive protection task delivery, embedded consultants and contractors and other risk management solutions for our clients. This role will support project generation, management and administration for the delivery of protection services, training and embedded consulting for Control Risks’ clients in Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. The successful candidate will be a highly organized individual, initially taking on smaller day-to-day tasks before transitioning to direct fee-earning on more complex tasks, as well as resource management. Role tasks and responsibilities  • Lead and service multiple Executive Protection and Embedded personnel assignments as full case manager responsible for entire project cycle in protective services. • Maintain and expand a vibrant network of partners/sub-contractors across Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. • Develop and maintain Client contacts • Work closely with consultants in the Americas and globally on the delivery of client tasks • Commercially managing subcontractors • Commercially manage the sub practice area – with supervision from the practice leader • Attend meetings with clients and potential clients • Write proposals and reports for clients and potential clients • Maintain and expand Control Risks’ embedded security consultant database • Lead on recruitment drives for embedded consultants, engaging in the full-service cycle with clients – from job descriptions to candidate identification to interviews and onboarding • Undertake domestic and international travel for client engagements, sometimes at short notice • Delivery of training solutions including high-risk environment training and defensive driver training • Ensure that client invoices are accurate, complete and timely Requirements • Excellent English-language, spoken and writing skills • Strong interpersonal communications and client facing skills • Basic financial literacy and understanding of business processes • Very strong administrative skill set • Proven track record of administrative excellence • At least 5 years' experience in delivery of protective services • At least 2 years' experience in field security (i.e. field deployments, tours, or missions) • At least 2 years of commercial experience in security consulting operations • Able to excel in high stress environments
