We hope you will join us and help shape the next chapter of our growth journey.   If you’re looking for a career that combines stimulating challenges with a lively work culture, Alpha is the place for you. Please visit our Alpha FMC website for more information.     Role Responsibilities: Work, often with alongside a team, on client projects Actively participate in project and client meetings Produce materials for business engagement meetings (e.g. PowerPoint decks) Support with creation of high-quality work products within expected timeframes Own key items for project delivery – including possible ownership of deliverables or work streams within a project Track and monitor key project issues, risks, actions, and dependencies Understand Alpha FMC and its services and actively assess ways to serve clients Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge Support with the development of one or two internal business management areas     Role Requirements (Skills, Experience and Qualifications): At least 2-3 years of proven experience in the delivery of consulting or change projects gained within a leading financial institution or consulting firm Significant experience within ‘blue-chip’ Financial Services organisations, preferably Asset or Wealth Managers Experience of projects engaged on Target Operating Model, business processes and/or IT solutions in some of the following areas: Distribution, CRM, Portfolio management & Ri
