Description
Since 2015, Agilytic has helped organizations reach their goals through the smarter use of data and AI. With over 300 successful projects completed in Belgium and abroad, we strive to be a leading boutique firm delivering high-impact solutions for marketing, operations, and finance decision-makers. We are looking for a senior consultant for our AI & Strategy practice, at ease moving between business understanding, AI product framing, and hands-on delivery. This role sits between the business and the technology. You help clients frame the right problems, scope the right initiatives, and translate ambitions into concrete AI and data workflows that actually get used. While regular presence at client offices is required, we offer flexible and hybrid working arrangements. Our main offices are in Brussels' city center, and we gather there every Friday to foster team exchanges and strengthen our collective culture. Your mission Accompany clients in identifying where AI and data can create the most value, scope the right initiatives, and make sure the solutions delivered fit their strategic stakes. You act as a trusted advisor on AI transformation, an AI coach for business teams, and a hands-on contributor when needed. What you will do day to day You will work closely with client stakeholders and internal team members to: Frame business questions into clear AI and analytics opportunities Run discovery and needs-scoping sessions with both business and technical stakeholders Translate between business language and technical reality, in both directions Identify the right KPIs and the right type of solution for each stake (analysis, model, dashboard, automation, agent, AI workflow) Coach business teams on how to use AI tools and AI products responsibly in their day to day Structure roadmaps and priorities with clients, from quick wins to longer-term plays Build prototypes, dashboards, models, or automations to demonstrate value where relevant Communicate findings, trade-offs, and recommendations to both technical and executive audiences Support implementation and adoption so that work leads to concrete action Our assignments typically include AI audits, AI roadmaps, use case scoping, hands-on AI delivery, coaching of business teams on AI ways of working, and the more traditional data analytics work that often comes alongside. Recent examples of senior consultant missions include: structuring an AI roadmap and task force for a leading Belgian retailer, automating invoice processing with a multimodal LLM for a logistics player, and supporting an AI-driven transformation program in the health insurance sector. Most missions blend executive-level advisory with hands-on prototyping. Senior consultants also supervise and coach junior team members on client missions and internal initiatives, helping them grow on the business, consulting, and technical sides of the job. How we work We are pragmatic and outcome-driven. We use the right level of sophistication for the problem at hand. Sometimes the right answer is an AI agent, an automation, or an advanced analytical workflow. Sometimes it is a clear dashboard, a well-prepared dataset, or a simple analysis that helps a client act quickly. We pick what fits. Our way of working is increasingly AI-native. We expect candidates who already use tools such as Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, or Claude in their workflow to accelerate research, coding, testing, documentation, and delivery. Tool fluency on its own is not enough. What we really value is professional judgment: framing the problem correctly, validating outputs, communicating with clarity, and keeping quality, security, and maintainability in check.
