Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on community-facing content that feels authentic to players. Create written content including patch notes summaries, community updates, FAQs, and forum posts. Cross-Cultural Collaboration with Korea Dev Team Serve as the voice of the Western community to the development team in Seoul: Synthesizing feedback, sentiment, and player needs into clear, actionable reports.
