We are now looking for a Senior Bartender who combines technical excellence with leadership, presence, and commercial awareness. The Role As Senior Bartender, you are a key operator on the floor and a natural leader behind the bar. You drive quality, pace, and energy during service while protecting the premium standard of the brand. The role is hands-on and performance-driven. You work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure the bar operates efficiently, profitably, and in line with Moyagi’s identity. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional drinks with consistency, precision and speed Drive average spend through confident upselling and product knowledge Understand guest flow between bar, restaurant and private rooms Lead by example during peak service Coach and support junior bartenders Maintain bar mise-en-place and prep discipline Protect premium presentation and atmosphere Ensure POS routines and operational standards are followed Handle guest situations with confidence and composure Operate within alcohol, food safety and compliance regulations Operate as a team for the whole unit Senior at Moyagi means taking responsibility for both atmosphere and results.
