We're looking for a proactive backend developer who not only writes code but also understands the bigger picture and takes ownership of the entire task lifecycle. Our mission: to perfect how the world buys, owns, and trades vehicles by leveraging the power of automotive data. We’re already in 30+ markets — and growing fast. If you want to: • Build and improve tools that normalize, clean, and standardize global vehicle data • Design, develop, and maintain backend services that scale across multiple markets • Work in a product team that owns features from idea to deployment • Continuously test, learn, and release improvements — fast What we’re looking for: • Experience in backend development using TypeScript or Python • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD using GitHub Actions • Experience with AWS services like Lambda, ECS, SQS, DynamoDB, S3, VPC, Aurora, etc. • Solid understanding of SQL (especially PostgreSQL), event-driven architecture, and API design • A strong sense of ownership and the drive to continuously improve • Understanding how backend code interacts with frontend components and overall system flow • Good communication skills and a proactive mindset What we offer: • A team dedicated to reshaping the automotive market • A dynamic, supportive environment with hybrid work opportunities - office available in Vilnius • Professional growth with our funded training, courses, and continuous development programs • Additional paid vacations and health insurance • Regular team building events that encourage collaboration Salary: From 4800 brutto We are open to negotiation - the final offer will depend on your competencies.
