Position Summary   As an Inizio Ignite Senior Analyst you will be a core member of client engagement teams, leading sophisticated analytics workstreams and owning the development of high-impact analytical deliverables. You will apply advanced analytical, coding, and modelling skills to solve complex business problems for life sciences clients, while contributing to methodological best practices across the data analytics team.   A significant portion of this role will focus on commercial analytics and business intelligence, including marketing and sales analytics, real-world data analysis (e.g., claims and EHR), and the design and delivery of dashboards and data visualizations that support strategic and operational decision-making.   In this role, you will work closely with case team leadership to design and execute analytics approaches, translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical plans, and communicate insights clearly to both internal stakeholders and clients.   Desired Skills and Experience   The ideal candidate for the Senior Analyst position is a highly motivated, analytically rigorous individual with strong ownership mentality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced consulting environment.   Proven analytic experiences and problem-solving skills (Master’s degree with a major in a related field of quantitative science e.g., engineering, computer/data science, statistics, mathematics, etc.)    Senior Analyst:   Master’s degree plus 1-2 years of relevant work experience or PhD’s degree     Demonstrated expertise in processing and analyzing large datasets using SQL and Python/R/SAS; strong Excel skills (e.g., Power Query, VBA) a plus, with experience applying these skills to commercial analytics use cases such as marketing performance, sales effectiveness, patient journeys, and market dynamics   Strong foundation in statistical analysis and machine learning, including hypothesis testing, supervised and unsupervised learning, and model evaluation   Experience working with cloud-based data and analytics environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Snowflake)   Proficiency in business intelligence, dashboarding, and data visualization using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense, with the ability to translate analytical results into clear, decision-ready insights   Experience working with real-world healthcare and life sciences datasets (e.g., claims, EHR, lab, provider, Rx, and payer data; sources such as Komodo, IQVIA, Symphony, Truven, Optum, Flatiron), particularly in commercial and market-facing analytics contexts; familiarity with omnichannel commercial analytics (e.g., HCP engagement, marketing mix, channel performance) is a plus   Ability to independently structure analyses, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines   Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences   Experience working effectively as part of hybrid teams across multiple geographies, demonstrating strong collaboration, adaptability, and comfort operating in a global consulting environment     Don't meet every job requirement?
