Role Overview We are seeking two highly experienced Senior AI Engineers to serve as the technical backbone of our agentic chatbot rollout across four markets. These are deeply hands-on individual contributor roles — you will own solution implementation of AI stack built on Google ADK, Apigee, Model Armor, and SDP. Administrative, coordination, or project management tasks are explicitly out of scope; your mandate is to build, ship, and evolve production AI systems. Key Responsibilities • Build and deploy agentic chatbot solutions using Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) • Design and maintain multi-agent workflows, including agent handoffs, tool chains, memory management, and context optimization • Lead integrations with enterprise systems, knowledge bases, and APIs • Optimize LLM inference performance, latency, and scalability • Produce and maintain technical architecture and design documentation • Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and enforce engineering best practices • Collaborate with software engineering teams on integration testing and production readiness Requirements Required Skills • Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) / Vertex AI • Python (Advanced) • Multi-Agent Orchestration • LLM Fine-Tuning & RAG • Prompt Engineering • Apigee API Gateway • Google Model Armor • Google SDP / DLP API • REST APIs • Docker & Kubernetes • Vector Databases • CI/CD (Cloud Build) Qualifications • 8+ years of Software Engineering / AI Engineering experience • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience building production-grade LLM or Conversational AI solutions • Strong experience with Google Cloud AI ecosystem • Experience delivering AI solutions in regulated industries such as Banking, Telco, or Healthcare is preferred • Deep understanding of Responsible AI, Safety Guardrails, Explainability, and Data Privacy • Proven experience leading end-to-end technical delivery • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
